SO, WHAT'S THE BOOKING PROCESS?
First of all- THANK YOU for considering Pink Oven! Seriously, we're so honoured!
Step 1:
Fill out the order form HERE.
This form asks some questions we need in order to know how to help you best!
Please add as much detail as possible with your submission so I can provide you with the product you will love.
We also have a consultation guide to better help you with the whole process.
Step 2:
We will double check our availability & come back to you with general pricing if you’re not too sure of what you’re after, or an exact quote if you are.
We may also ask for some cake design/floral inspiration images, This will help ensure we are on the same page with your specifications.
Step 3:
After we have chatted through and agreed on all of the details, you will sign your contract and you will pay the 50% non refundable deposit to secure your wedding date!
The moment this is paid, is the moment your cake lands in our calendar, and your spot with us is locked in!
Having said that, you have up until two weeks before the wedding to change anything in your order.
AM I ABLE TO BOOK WITH YOU BEFORE I KNOW WHAT I'M AFTER?
Yes, Absolutely! We cant hold our availability on any date for anyone without a deposit. Therefore, if you are waiting to secure our availability until you know exactly what you would like, you may risk us booking out on the date of your event. You can secure your wedding date with a deposit of $50 and we can later on chat about the final details of your wedding cake.
